Cleaning

Our flagship AVWA-100S Modular Aircraft Touchless Washing and Maintenance System

The world’s first fully automated aircraft washing system with 97% water recycling

Aircraft washing, as simple as washing your car — fast, precise, cost-effective, and eco-friendly”. Our touchless, automated aircraft washing system reduces washing time from 10 – 100 hours to just 4-5 minutes (from the moment the water is turned on and until wash is finished) while eliminating chemical usage and reducing maintenance costs. Total turnaround including positioning: 20 – 30 minutes.  If engine wash is included:  + 15 minutes.

Aircraft washing

Dirty surfaces create additional resistance, making it harder for the aircraft to move through the air. By keeping the exterior clean, the aerodynamic profile of the aircraft is optimized, resulting in smoother airflow and reduced drag. Reduced aerodynamic drag directly translates to improved fuel efficiency.

Removing sand
De-sanding

Certain geographical areas are characterized by dry climates with blowing dust and sand. Sand and dust quickly form a layer over the entire aircraft. A de-sanding process is needed to reduce surface drag and fuel consumption.

Flushing the engine
Engine Flush

The aircraft engine must be flushed as it accrues deposits of hydrocarbons over time. If not done, it leads to lower performance and higher fuel consumption.

Remove snow and ice
De-Icing

De-icing and anti-icing is performed to remove and/or prevent snow and ice from accumulate on the wings and tail on airplanes. A necessity and requirement for safe flying.
